Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Holiday Packages Executive, based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Holiday Packages Executive will be responsible for designing and creating customized travel packages, coordinating client itineraries, liaising with vendors for bookings, and ensuring seamless execution of travel plans. The role will also involve understanding clients’ preferences, offering tailored travel recommendations, managing documentation, and working closely with the team to deliver top-notch customer experiences.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of travel package creation, itinerary planning, and vendor coordination
- Excellent customer service, communication, and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in travel booking and reservation systems
- Attention to detail and ability to manage travel documentation efficiently
- Background in tourism, hospitality, or travel-related fields (preferred)
- Problem-solving skills and ability to manage last-minute changes effectively
- Passion for travel and creating unique experiences
- Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office and travel management tools
