Role Overview

The Holiday Leisure Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling domestic and international holiday packages to individual travelers, families, and groups. The role involves understanding client travel preferences, designing customized holiday solutions, and converting leads into bookings.



Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and convert leads for domestic and international holiday packages.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel packages.
  • Design customized holiday itineraries based on customer preferences and budget.
  • Provide accurate quotations, travel options, and package details.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Coordinate with operations and ticketing teams for seamless booking and travel arrangements.
  • Keep updated with travel trends, destinations, visa requirements, and travel policies.
  • Follow up on inquiries through calls, emails, and walk-in customers.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and sales in the CRM system.



Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations
  • Ability to create customized holiday itineraries
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment



Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred
  • Certification in travel & tourism is an added advantage



Experience

  • 1–5 years of experience in leisure travel sales / holiday packages
  • Experience with a travel agency or tour operator preferred
