We are looking for an experienced Holiday Expert with a passion for international travel and customized holiday planning. The ideal candidate should have strong destination knowledge, excellent sales skills, and the ability to create memorable travel experiences for clients. Similar roles in the travel industry emphasize expertise in itinerary design, destination knowledge, customer service, and holiday sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound holiday inquiries.
- Design and sell customized international holiday packages.
- Prepare detailed itineraries and quotations.
- Coordinate with DMCs, hotels, airlines, and visa partners.
- Assist clients with visa requirements, travel insurance, and travel documentation.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Provide exceptional pre-sales and post-sales customer support.
- Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.

- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and travel booking tools.
