Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Holiday Expert, based in Bengaluru. The Holiday Expert will assist clients with planning and booking customized family vacations and business travel. Their responsibilities include researching travel destinations, preparing attractive packages, and providing personalized recommendations. Additionally, they will coordinate with suppliers, handle customer inquiries, and ensure a seamless travel experience for all clients.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of travel planning, destination research, and travel logistics
- Experience in customer service, client communication, and understanding customer preferences
- Ability to create customized travel itineraries and vacation packages
- Proficiency in using travel booking systems and software
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- A keen eye for detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for travel and understanding of the hospitality industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or similar field is preferred
