Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi for a Holiday Consultant. The Holiday Consultant will assist clients in planning and booking travel experiences, including creating customized travel itineraries and managing travel arrangements. Responsibilities include consulting with clients to understand their preferences, coordinating with travel vendors and partners, managing bookings, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a smooth travel experience from start to finish.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively consult and engage with clients.
- Experience in travel planning, booking management, and coordination with vendors.
- Proficiency in travel-related systems and tools, with attention to detail in managing itineraries.
- Sales, negotiation, and problem-solving skills to address client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing client requirements.
- Passion for travel and knowledge of destinations, tourism trends, and industry insights.
- Educational background in Tourism Management, Hospitality, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in the travel or hospitality industry will be considered an asset.
