✈️ We're Hiring | Holiday Manager — Escape n Fly, Chandigarh
We are looking for a seasoned Holiday travel expert to lead our holiday department!
📌 Role: Senior Holiday Manager
📍 Location: SCO 4, 2nd Floor, Sector 27C, Chandigarh
💰 Salary: Competitive — Commensurate with experience
🗓️ Joining: Immediate
🔹 What You'll Do:
✅ Lead and manage the holiday packages vertical end-to-end
✅ Design, price and sell customised domestic & international itineraries
✅ Handle high-value client relationships and group bookings
✅ Negotiate contracts with hotels, DMCs & ground operators
✅ Drive holiday sales targets and manage team performance
✅ Stay updated on trending destinations, airline deals & seasonal offers
✅ Build and maintain B2B & B2C client base
🔹 What We Need:
🔸 Minimum 5 years of experience in holiday packages — domestic & international
🔸 Strong destination knowledge across Asia, Europe, UAE & more
🔸 Proven track record in travel sales with revenue targets
🔸 Experience managing a team or working in a senior capacity
🔸 Excellent interpersonal, negotiation & presentation skills
🔸 GDS or travel platform experience preferred
