Job Title: Program Manager

Reports to: Commercial Director

Location: Remote (UK/Europe timezone)

Salary: £60,000 per annum


Job Overview:

The Program Manager plays a key role in ensuring the end-to-end success of new partners—across onboarding, project execution, commercial alignment, and ongoing success.

From a well-documented discovery phase to a smooth integration and onboarding process (transitioning from the Commercial Team to go-live), followed by ongoing program/project follow-ups, monthly business reviews, and data-led optimization sessions—the Program Manager builds strong relationships from day one. This role supports partners with timely follow-ups, program and project planning, documentation, and serves as their Holibob ambassador.


You will also contribute to improving both internal and partner-facing processes and documentation, and act as a key stakeholder in various working groups.

Key Accountabilities:


·       Program Ownership: Lead new partner integrations and onboarding from start to finish

·       Project Planning & Management: Document partner details, manage tasks and timelines, track reporting hygiene, and maintain updates

·       Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate with internal teams to define project needs and translate them into actionable tasks; ensure clear, consistent communication with partners

·       Product Knowledge: Gain deep knowledge of Holibob’s offerings and how they meet specific partner needs

·       Feedback Collection: Serve as a feedback channel between partners and internal teams for ongoing improvement

·       Information Gathering: Stay updated on travel technology trends to provide informed support

·       Support Holibob’s mission: Help make Holibob the eCommerce engine for Experiences

Qualifications and Experience:


Education:

·       Bachelor’s degree

Experience:

·       4+ years in onboarding, project management, or account management

·       Experience working cross-functionally to deliver end-to-end solutions

·       Experience in a marketplace or D2C environment preferred

Skills:

·       Strong program management skills (experience with Confluence, Jira a plus)

·       Proficiency in CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
