Position Details
- Location: 125 S Park Ave, Apopka, FL
- Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Type: Full-time, in-office
- Pay: $16 – $18 per hour

What You’ll Do
- Welcome patients with warmth, kindness, and professionalism
- Schedule appointments and manage daily clinic flow
- Verify insurance benefits daily and manage authorizations accurately and efficiently
- Communicate clearly with patients, therapists, and team members
- Handle calls, check-ins, and follow-ups with accuracy and care
- Help create a smooth, positive experience from start to finish

- Comfortable with insurance verification and authorizations
Requirements (Please Read Carefully)
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) – Required
- At least 1 year of healthcare front desk experience – Required
- Experience verifying insurance benefits and/or obtaining authorizations – Strongly Preferred
- Must be able to work Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Only applicants with healthcare front desk experience and bilingual Spanish will be considered.
Preferred Experience
- Physical therapy, chiropractic, or outpatient clinic setting
- Medical scheduling and high-volume phone handling
- EMR/EHR systems
