Job Summary

The PPC Head of Department (HOD) is responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling all production activities to ensure timely delivery, optimum resource utilization, and cost efficiency in the printing and packaging unit. The role requires strong coordination with production, sales, purchase, and dispatch teams.

Qualification - BE/B-Tech/Diploma - in printing Technology

Experience - 8 - 12 Years

Key Responsibilities:

 Plan production as per orders, capacity & RM availability

* Align with Sales, Purchase, Production & Dispatch.

* Track daily output vs plan; resolve bottlenecks.

* Ensure RM readiness (paper/board/inks/films).

* Drive OTIF, machine utilization & lead time reduction.

* Maintain MIS (plan vs actual, WIP, backlog)

* Lead PPC team & enforce process discipline

* Strong in scheduling, capacity & inventory planning

* ERP/MIS & Excel proficiency

* KPIs, OTIF | Plan Adherence | Utilization | WIP | Lead Time
