Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Department (HOD) - Management based in Mohali district. The HOD will oversee strategic management initiatives, formulate and implement policies, monitor team performance, and foster alignment between business goals and operational execution. Responsibilities also include mentoring team members, cultivating relationships with clients and stakeholders, and providing insights to optimize resources and enhance project outcomes. The role requires a strong ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and deliver innovative solutions for higher education transformation.

Qualifications

• Leadership and Team Management skills with the ability to inspire and oversee diverse teams
• Strategic Planning and Policy Development expertise to align operations with organizational goals
• Strong Communication and Relationship-Building skills to engage with stakeholders and clients
• Problem-Solving and Decision-Making abilities with a focus on innovative solutions
• Knowledge of Digital Transformation and EdTech solutions is strongly preferred
• Experience in Higher Education or relevant industries is a plus
• MBA or equivalent degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proficiency in technology platforms and tools used for project management and team collaboration
