Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for the Head of Department (HOD) at ANNAPURNA MEMORIAL COLLEGE OF EDUCATION, located in Kolkata. The HOD will oversee the academic and administrative activities of the department, ensure the implementation of high-quality education standards, and lead the faculty team. Responsibilities include curriculum planning and development, faculty mentoring, research facilitation, and fostering an environment that cultivates academic excellence. The HOD will also engage in policy formulation, monitor student progress, and promote collaboration among staff and students.
