Roles & Responsibility
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients (retail/HNIl)
- Acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and lead generation
- Understand client financial goals and recommend suitable mutual fund schemes
- Provide regular portfolio reviews and investment updates
- Achieve sales targets for mutual fund products (SIP, lump sum investments)
- Cross-sell financial products (insurance, PMS, bonds, etc.)
- Stay updated on market trends and mutual fund performance
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines (KYC, AML, SEBI norms)
- Handle client queries and provide prompt resolutions
