Position
HMC Programmer / VMC Programmer
Openings: 1
Location: Ahmedabad
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary
- ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on knowledge, skills, and performance)
- Freshers selected for training will receive a ₹10,000/month stipend during the training period.
- Overtime available.
Working Hours
- Monday to Saturday
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- 6-day working week
Eligibility
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- 0–6 months of experience preferred.
- Diploma, ITI, BE/B.Tech (Mechanical/Production/Manufacturing or related fields) can apply.
- Immediate joining preferred.
Machine & Programming
You will primarily work on:
- Horizontal Machining Centers (HMC)
- Vertical Machining Centers (VMC)
Programming methods:
- Mastercam
- Manual G-Code Programming
Experience with other CAM software is an advantage but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities (KRA)
- Develop and optimize CNC programs for HMC/VMC machining.
- Plan machining processes, tooling, and fixtures for efficient production.
- Improve cycle time while maintaining quality and machining accuracy.
- Support machine setup, first-piece approval, and production troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with operators and the production team to achieve productivity goals, quality standards, and continuous process improvement.
Required Technical Skills
Candidates should have knowledge of:
- Engineering drawing interpretation
- GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)
- Dimensional tolerances
- Fixture planning
- Process optimization
- Cycle time reduction
Knowledge of CNC machining fundamentals, cutting tools, and machining strategies will be considered an advantage.
