Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a HMC Operator - 5-Axis Operator located in Gujarat, India. The role involves operating and programming 5-axis HMC (Horizontal Machining Center) machines to manufacture precision components. Day-to-day tasks include machine setup, tooling adjustments, blueprint interpretation, and performing quality checks. The HMC Operator ensures machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and adherence to safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in operating and programming 5-axis HMC machines
- Strong knowledge of CNC machining processes and interpreting technical blueprints
- Experience in precision tooling and performing quality checks for accuracy
- Understanding of machine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with safety standards in a manufacturing environment
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently
- Relevant certification or diploma in machining, manufacturing, or a related technical field
- Previous experience in a similar role or manufacturing industry is a plus
