Account Management Executive

The Position

• Keep track of the status of the InnoParks’ companies based on timeline and milestones
• Support site visits, facilities introduction activities to promote InnoParks (e.g. AMC, PMC, MARS, MEC)
• Support industry engagement events and business activities to promote innofacturing and pillar industry development.
• Provide administrative support in preparing materials and presentations for various external and internal meetings, as well as handling procurement documents and logistics arrangements
• Provide dedicated customer services, from handling their inquiries to following up on their feedback
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor
  
  
  

The Candidate

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in any disciplines
• Minimum 3-year of working experience. Experience and knowledge in manufacturing, administration and project management is a definite advantage.
• Good communication in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Passionate in building a career in the Innovation and Technology industry
• Positive with a can-do spirit
• Candidate with less experience would be considered for Officer
