Purpose Of Role
Digital Marketing requires additional resourcing to ensure all digital customer touchpoints — app, website, kiosk and AI drive-thru — are accurate, up-to-date and commercially optimized.
As LTO cadence, CRM volume and product enhancements increase, this role supports content deployment, QA testing and EDM production to protect accuracy, speed and performance. This role sits at the intersection of content execution, product QA and growth performance. The objective is to ensure all digital experiences, feature releases and CRM communications are tested, accurate, on time and optimised for conversion.
Key Responsibilities
Content, CMS & QA
- Upload, manage and QA content across app, web, kiosk and AI drive-thru
- Conduct end-to-end QA prior to go-live (pricing, products, modifiers, imagery, promos)
- Validate key customer journeys (browse → cart → checkout → payment)
- Test deep links, vouchers and upsell flows
- Own content accuracy and minimize production errors
Campaign & LTO Execution
- Build and deploy campaigns and LTOs across all digital channels
- Execute QA across app, web and kiosk before launch
- Validate pricing, availability, dayparting and promo mechanics
- Ensure creative and promotional logic are correct
Product & Feature QA (App, Web & Kiosk)
- QA new features and enhancements prior to release
- Validate functionality, user flows and edge cases (payments, login, loyalty, vouchers)
- Identify and log bugs; re-test fixes
- Test across devices/environments where required
- Act as a quality gate before release
CRM Campaign Support (Execution Only)
- Build EDMs in Braze using templates
- Manage copy for CRM LTO campaigns
- QA all campaigns (links, personalization, rendering, tracking, deep links)
CRM strategy and segmentation remain owned by the CRM Manager.
Performance & Optimization
- Support funnel tracking in Firebase and GA4
- Identify drop-offs and optimization opportunities
- Assist with A/B test reporting and insights

Experience Required
Must Have
- 6–9 years total experience,
- Cross-functional digital marketing execution — content, CRM, QA, and performance
- Hands-on CMS experience — app-side or eCommerce platforms (not blog/editorial)
- Functional QA across app and web — campaign validation, release go-live checks, user journey testing (not automation or code-level testing)
- EDM build and campaign execution — end-to-end, not just scheduling
- Short-form copywriting — email, push notifications, promo copy
- Basic asset handling — resizing, formatting, working within brand guidelines
Good to Have
- Background in QSR, D2C, retail app, or high-cadence eCommerce brand
- Experience in agile or sprint-based product teams
- Exposure to A/B testing and funnel analysis
Hard Filters
- Must have written copy, not just uploaded content
- QA experience must have campaign or product release context
- CMS must be app or eCommerce side

Acceptable Alternatives: WebEngage, Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Analytics: Firebase and GA4 — both required
