Opportunity

We are looking for a dynamic People Partner to work closely with our GTM functions. This role will be instrumental in shaping a high-performing, engaged, and people-first culture at Hiver.

You will partner with business leaders to drive people strategy, solve business challenges through a talent lens, and enhance the overall employee experience.

What you’ll be working on?

Strategic Partnership

  • Collaborate with function heads to align business objectives with people strategy.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on org design, development talent management, and performance.
  • Facilitate quarterly talent reviews and contribute to employment development.

Employee Experience & Engagement

  • Drive employee engagement through continuous listening through regular 1:1s, feedback loops, and action planning.
  • Lead onboarding, internal mobility, and exit processes to ensure smooth employee lifecycle touchpoints.
  • Champion culture-building initiatives and efforts.

Performance & Development

  • Partner on performance management cycles, including goal setting, mid-year and annual reviews.
  • Support learning needs and career development planning for individual contributors and managers.
  • Identify high-potential talent and support their growth through IDPs and other development tracks.

People Operations & Compliance

  • Partner with the payroll team to manage core people processes such as compensation benchmarking, policy implementation, and HR systems.
  • Track and report HR metrics, analyze trends, and recommend solutions to improve retention and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and documentation practices.

What we are looking for?

  • 3–5 years of experience in an HRBP or generalist role, ideally in fast-paced/startup environments having supported teams in the US and India.
  • Experience supporting Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Customer Support functions is a strong plus.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Strong communication, empathy, and influencing skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a problem-solving orientation.
  • Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field.
