About the role
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our growing team at Hiver. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, and your role will be instrumental in ensuring their satisfaction and building long-lasting relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and issues via email, chat, and phone in a professional and courteous manner
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems effectively and efficiently
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers about Hiver's products and services
- Gather and document customer feedback to help improve our products and services
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain a positive and customer-centric attitude at all times
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with customer service software and tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Prior experience in a customer support or client-facing role is preferred
