About the role

As a Customer Success Specialist at Hiver, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs, and providing them with the best possible support and guidance to help them achieve their goals. You will work closely with the sales and product teams to identify and resolve customer issues, and to ensure that our customers are getting the most value out of our platform. You will also be responsible for gathering customer feedback and insights to help inform our product roadmap and strategy.
