Practice Lead

Practice Lead We are looking for an experienced Practice Lead to lead our rapidly growing practice. The Practice Lead will be responsible for driving the overall strategy and direction of the practice, overseeing delivery of client engagements, and scaling the team to meet increasing demand. Key responsibilities: - Develop and execute the overall practice strategy to drive growth and client impact - Lead a team of consultants and subject matter experts to deliver high-quality client engagements - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their evolving needs and ensure successful delivery - Recruit, manage, and develop a high-performing team of consultants - Identify opportunities for new service offerings, products, and solutions to meet client needs - Monitor and report on practice KPIs and continuously improve delivery processes
