As an Operations Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the operations of Hive Health-HPPI by ensuring the accuracy and completeness of provider information. You will be responsible for verifying provider details, managing data collection, and maintaining key documentation. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in healthcare operations while contributing to a vital aspect of the business. This role offers a chance to learn about provider management processes and healthcare operations, providing valuable experience for those interested in the healthcare industry. Internship Details - Work Schedule: Ideally can work 8 hours/day, minimum 16-24 hours/week - Work Setup: Hybrid (Ortigas office) - Equipment: Must have own laptop and mobile phone - Start Date: May 1, 2025 onwards - Compensation: Paid internship (fixed rate per hour) Responsibilities - Engage with providers to verify accreditation status and/or invite for accreditation with Hive Health-HPPI - Collect and update essential provider data on provider database - Organize and maintain records by updating information in a timely manner and ensuring proper digital storage - Collect and share market insights drawn from provider verification, retention, and accreditation processes - Support and coordinate closely with other functions to deliver an extraordinary provider experience - Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Medical Operations team, including but not limited to accreditation of new providers, stakeholder coordination, and other administrative/operational tasks Qualifications - Currently enrolled in a degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and verification. - Proactive and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - Basic proficiency in Google Sheets or similar data management tools. - Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced healthcare environment. - Preferably can commit to working 8 hours a day, minimum of 16-24 hours a week for 3 months.
