Role Description
This is an on-site internship role located in Bengaluru South. The Hiring Intern will be responsible for supporting recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate sourcing, coordination of interviews, and maintaining candidate databases. Tasks may also include assisting with employer branding activities, conducting preliminary screening, and providing operational assistance to the HR team.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency in maintaining candidate databases
- Ability to assist with employer branding activities and recruitment campaigns
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and basic HR software (experience is a plus)
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment and support organizational goals
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
