<br><strong>About the Role:</strong>
</div><div>The Sales Manager Entry Level develops and maintains strong relationships with new and existing distributors and control state agencies, providing products and strategic support to build and grow a successful brand portfolio.<br><br>

<strong>Key Responsibilities<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Drive profitable and sustainable sales across assigned distributor accounts</li>
<li>Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and annual targets</li>
<li>Establish clear objectives and timelines; monitor progress and performance</li>
<li>Build long-term distributor relationships through consistent communication and support</li>
<li>Conduct regular business reviews to assess performance and align strategies</li>
<li>Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights</li>
<li>Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions when needed</li>
<li>Train and educate national distributors on product portfolio and promotional programs</li>
<li>Oversee order processing, inventory coordination, and related sales operations</li>
<li>Maintain comprehensive industry knowledge, including regulatory and competitive landscape</li>
<li>Perform additional duties and special projects assigned</li>

<strong>Qualifications<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree required</li>
<li>0–3 years of sales experience preferred (Alcoholic beverage or CPG experience a plus)</li>
<li>Strong understanding of sales principles and account management fundamentals</li>
<li>Excellent communication and presentation skills</li>
<li>Results-driven with proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)</li>
<li>Bilingual in Korean and English preferred</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license required</li>
<li>Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship</li>
<li>Willingness to travel up to 30% domestically</li>
