Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced L2 Support Engineer with 8–10 years of expertise to manage and support the Service Suite application (version 9.8.1.3) for the WWU project. The role involves ensuring smooth operations, handling incidents, and maintaining integrations across enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2 support for Service Suite application, including all modules (MA, DA, SA, WA, SOI).
- Handle incident management across priorities (P1, P2, P3, P4).
- Perform patching support and ensure timely updates.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues within SLA.
- Understand and manage integration between applications.
- Collaborate with internal teams for escalations and root cause analysis.
- Document development processes, code changes, and support procedures.
- Work closely with the database team to ensure seamless integration between applications and SQL databases.
Required Skills
- Service Suite Expertise:
- Strong hands-on experience with Service Suite version 9.8.1.3.
- Familiarity with modules: MA, DA, SA, WA, SOI.
- Azure Knowledge:
- Experience in Azure services and integration with enterprise applications.
- Incident Management:
- Ability to handle and prioritize incidents (P1–P4).
- Patching & Maintenance:
- Knowledge of patching processes and best practices.
- Integration Understanding:
- Experience in managing and troubleshooting integrations between applications.
- Additional Skills:
- IIS (Internet Information Services) configuration and troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and documentation abilities.
