R&D Test Lab Engineer

Responsibilities: - Conduct various tests and experiments on the products developed by the R&D team - Analyze the test results and provide feedback to the R&D team - Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations - Maintain and calibrate the test equipment - Assist in the development of new testing protocols and procedures Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering or a related field - 2-5 years of experience in a similar role - Proficient in using test equipment and software - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Good communication and teamwork skills - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
