About the role

The STEM Global Power+ Graduate Program is our flagship early career rotational program. It covers 13 different countries and is still growing (Brazil, Canada, China, India, Italy, Japan, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Poland, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States, and Vietnam), so you'll be a member of an expanding global network. This opportunity exposes high potential graduates to different roles and experiences across various Business Units and Functions in Hitachi Energy. The program offers a unique, learning and career development experience. The program will jumpstart your career with a truly unique journey that will take you across (3) six-months long rotations (18 months in total). Focused on projects that broaden your skillset, each rotation will be within a different segment of our business, and you will choose each assignment area. You will join us as a full-time employee, and from day one in the program, you will be in the driver's seat of your own career journey. Our offering is perfect for you if you are looking to fast-track your leadership potential and gain a well-rounded business acumen that will enable you to step into professional life. The program will begin on 1st October 2025 the first six-months rotation will be possible in our locations in Saudi Arabia: [Riyadh / Dammam/ Jeddah). The second or third rotation may be done abroad, depending on your chosen project and the availability of business opportunities.
