About the role
Manage, extract and analyze data from sales/financial tools and other relevant sources to identify trends, growth opportunities and measure the performance of specific activities or initiatives
Understand the product & market segmentation of portfolio and build know-how of data eco systems in various production units
Define, measure, visualize and interpret key Sales KPIs (target achievement, Price performance, Order trend, pipeline development, etc), profitability as well as data quality KPIs.
Collaborate with data Scientist & Pricing specialist to develop and implement competitive pricing strategies / Prize wizard, Opportunity trend, etc.
Be in charge of the development and updation of reports and dashboards (in particular, but not limited to, Salesforce.com and SalesBI, PowerBI etc) as well as related user training in order to increase the analytical capabilities of our sales management around the globe.
Support analytics of the competence development activities and marketing demand generation
Responsible to continuously improve process performance and data quality
Drive implementation of pricing management system across all production units
Document and follow the guidelines for the efficient business
Advanced ability to present pricing analysis reports to relevant stakeholders.
Assess data from different sources to gain insights into pricing strategies and market trends.
