About the role
3-5 years of hands-on experience in cloud-native concepts, with a specific focus on Microsoft Azure.
In-depth knowledge of Cloud Security Posture Management tools such as Rapid7, PrismaCloud, or Wiz.
Familiarity with Microsoft Defender and its role in securing cloud environments.
Proven experience working on security teams for large public cloud infrastructures.
Strong understanding of cloud security principles and best practices.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Relevant certifications in cloud security (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate) is desired.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement robust security measures for our Azure cloud environments.
Utilize Cloud Security Posture Management tools, such as Rapid7, PrismaCloud, or Wiz, to ensure the secure configuration of cloud resources.
Work closely with Microsoft Defender to enhance threat detection and response capabilities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement security best practices for large-scale public cloud infrastructures.
Conduct security assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and propose remediation strategies.
Stay abreast of the latest cloud security trends, technologies, and best practices.
