Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Histology Technician based in Hyderabad. The Histology Technician will perform tissue preparation, embedding, sectioning, and staining to support research objectives. Additional responsibilities include aiding pathologists during microscopic evaluations, maintaining laboratory equipment and supplies, performing quality control measures, and ensuring adherence to laboratory protocols and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Histology and Pathology processes
- Tissue Sectioning experience is a must.
- Strong Laboratory Skills and experience in maintaining lab equipment
- Knowledge of Quality Control procedures in clinical and laboratory settings
- Attention to detail and proficiency in following safety and ethical guidelines
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Medical Laboratory Science, Histotechnology, or a related field
- Prior experience in a clinical or diagnostic laboratory is a plus
