Purpose of the Role: To analyse current production/organizational process and strive towards continuous improvement and sustainability.
Responsibilities:
Function Specific
- Understanding the standards and requirement of users.
- Creating Value Stream Mapping and setting improvement targets based on it.
- Support for Shop Floor Management.
- Supporting Idea Management system.
- Maintaining Standardised Workplace.
- Creating and Managing all the documents related to HP.
- Coaching and mentoring in SFM.
- Support and drive all departments to maintain 5S in the plant.
- Time study to improve productivity.
- Layout drafting and optimisation.
Authorities
- Changes in HP documents.
- Conducting workshops on OpEx to create awareness.
- Training evaluation.
- Changes in internal training presentations.
- To issue/change I-Box rewards.
Requirements of profile:
Education / Qualification: DME/BE
Number of years of past Work Experience: 0 – 3 yrs. of experience
Desired past experience:
- Analytical and good problem solver
- Creative and good communication skills
- Team person
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of basics of AutoCad
