Purpose of the Role: To analyse current production/organizational process and strive towards continuous improvement and sustainability.

Responsibilities:

Function Specific

• Understanding the standards and requirement of users.
• Creating Value Stream Mapping and setting improvement targets based on it.
• Support for Shop Floor Management.
• Supporting Idea Management system.
• Maintaining Standardised Workplace.
• Creating and Managing all the documents related to HP.
• Coaching and mentoring in SFM.
• Support and drive all departments to maintain 5S in the plant.
• Time study to improve productivity.
• Layout drafting and optimisation.

Authorities

• Changes in HP documents.
• Conducting workshops on OpEx to create awareness.
• Training evaluation.
• Changes in internal training presentations.
• To issue/change I-Box rewards.

Requirements of profile:

Education / Qualification: DME/BE

Number of years of past Work Experience: 0 – 3 yrs. of experience

Desired past experience:

• Analytical and good problem solver
• Creative and good communication skills
• Team person
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of basics of AutoCad
