About the role
We're looking for an experienced Engineering Manager with a strong backend background in Java or Golang to lead and scale high-performing engineering teams.
What we're looking for:
✅ 2+ years of engineering management experience
✅ Strong expertise in Java or Golang
✅ Experience building and scaling customer-facing products
✅ Hands-on use of AI in engineering workflows or experience building AI-powered features
✅ Proven track record in high-scale product environments
✅ Experience working directly with customers and translating feedback into product improvements
