We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with US clients and strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle full-cycle recruitment for US-based roles
- Work on W2, C2C, and Fulltime requirements
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, and other job portals
- Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with clients
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
Requirements:
- 1–5 years of experience in US IT staffing
- Good understanding of US tax terms and compliance
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
