Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bhopal for a Travel Sales position at Thomas Cook India Limited. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers in planning and booking travel arrangements, understanding their requirements, and providing customized travel solutions. Additionally, the role includes delivering excellent customer service, managing travel itineraries for corporate clients, and promoting travel packages and services to meet business goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Travel Arrangements and Travel Management
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in handling Business Travel and interacting with corporate clients
- Ability to work on-site in Bhopal and manage clients effectively
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Prior experience in the travel industry is advantageous
- Relevant educational qualifications in Travel, Hospitality, or related fields
