Responsibilities
- Design and implement lesson plans that meet curriculum standards for social sciences.
- Deliver engaging and interactive classroom instruction.
- Assess and monitor student progress through tests, assignments, and exams.
- Provide constructive feedback and support to students to enhance their learning experience.
- Collaborate with other teachers and school staff to promote interdisciplinary learning.
- Stay updated with the latest educational trends and integrate relevant information into the curriculum.
- Organize and supervise extracurricular activities related to social studies.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student performance and progress.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- TGT/PGT certification or equivalent teaching credentials.
- Proven experience in teaching social sciences at the secondary or higher secondary level.
- Strong understanding of educational pedagogy and subject matter expertise.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
