This is a high-impact leadership role, designed for individuals who can independently drive business, take ownership, and close deals through their own efforts.
The role demands maturity, strong business acumen, and the ability to operate as a profit centre head / strategic partner, not just as a sales professional.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Revenue Ownership (Primary Focus)
• Drive end-to-end business acquisition independently across:
• Government Ministries & Departments
• Defence: Army, Navy, Airforce, Paramilitary Forces
• PSUs & Railways
• MNCs, Leading Corporates, Fortune 500 Companies & Enterprise Clients
• Generate pipeline, conduct meetings, negotiate, and close deals independently
• Own assigned territory as a business unit / profit centre with full revenue responsibility
• Demonstrate ability to start generating business from the first month

Government, Defence & Enterprise Sales Expertise
• Strong command over GeM Portal, Tenders, RFPs, and Enterprise procurement processes
• Identify and secure opportunities across public sector and corporate ecosystems
• Manage complete bid lifecycle including technical-commercial documentation, compliance, and submission
• Navigate complex, multi-layered institutional sales cycles effectively

Strategic Sales & Market Development
• Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and opportunity mapping
• Build long-term relationships with government officials, defence authorities, PSU stakeholders, and corporate decision-makers

OEM & Vendor Alignment
• Drive OEM onboarding, pricing strategies, and solution positioning
• Ensure competitive offerings aligned with tender and enterprise requirements

Execution & Cross-Functional Coordination
• Collaborate with internal teams for seamless project execution and delivery
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business

Leadership & Reporting
• Work with a high level of independence and decision-making authority
• Maintain structured reporting on pipeline, closures, and territory performance
• Operate with discipline, ownership, and strategic clarity

Candidate Profile
• Experience: Minimum 10–15 years in AV, IT, Office Automation, or allied industries
• Proven track record of independently generating and closing business
• Strong existing network within:
• Government Ministries & Departments
• Defence (Army, Navy, Airforce, Paramilitary)
• PSUs & Railways
• MNCs, Corporates, Fortune 500 & Enterprise Accounts
• Deep expertise in GeM, Tenders, RFPs, and Enterprise procurement frameworks
• Strong techno-commercial understanding of AV, IT, and Office Automation solutions
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Strong analytical ability for market insights and business planning
• High level of maturity, ownership, integrity, and business acumen
• Ability to take independent decisions and drive outcomes
• Willingness to travel extensively across assigned territories and Pan India
• Strong preference for candidates with experience in the same territory and deep geographical knowledge

• Candidates to be based in their respective territory (Chandigarh, Dehradun, Jaipur, Lucknow)
• Mandatory weekly / fortnightly reporting at Delhi Head Office (Vasant Vihar)
• Daily reporting and coordination with central leadership
