Role Description
We are seeking a Hiring Team Leader/Assistant Manager General Ledger (R2R), specializing in SAP, with 6 to 10 years of relevant experience, for an on-site, full-time role based in South Bengaluru. The selected candidate will oversee daily general ledger operations, manage financial reporting processes, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and lead business process improvements. Additional responsibilities include working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, driving optimal usage of SAP FICO systems, and providing consulting expertise to achieve operational efficiency while adhering to best practices.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in SAP FICO and other SAP products, with hands-on experience in SAP configurations and integration
- Strong skills in Business Process management and driving Business Process Improvement initiatives
- Experience in a consulting or advisory role within financial operations or shared services environments
- Understanding of financial accounting principles and processes
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team effectively
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or a related field; relevant certifications such as CA, CPA, or SAP certifications are an advantage

Note : R2R Team Leader/Ass manager on paper Team leader designation is mandatory( 1 to 2 yrs as a TL)
🛠 Skills Required:
* Strong General Ledger (6+ years preferred)
* Hands-on ERP SAP is mandatory
* Good communication skills (written & verbal)
✅ Shift : should be flexible for US shift
🎓 Education: B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA / BBM (Commerce Only)
⏳ Notice Period: Immediate Joiners or up to 15 Days

Key Responsibilities:
General Ledger
Journal entry processing
Balance sheet reconciliation
Month end tasks end reporting
Fixed asset accounting, Variance analysis
Inventory accounting (limited requirement)
Standard costing (limited requirement)
Good written and verbal communication
Hands on working knowledge of ERP( Tally/SAP/Oracle/Any ERP)
Execute day to day operational tasks
Deliver as per agreed timelines
Ensure on-time delivery as per SLAs & KPIs
Identify and execute process improvement opportunities
