We are hiring someone who wants a fresh start as a Team Lead and is ready to build, lead, and deliver in a real startup environment.

What We Expect:
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- NestJS (Backend Architecture, APIs, Scalability)
- NextJS (SSR, Performance, SEO, Production Apps)
- React Native (Mobile App Development)
- API Integration (Real-time + Complex Systems)
- Ability to code daily (not just manage)
- Ready to work long hours when required to meet deadlines
- Take complete ownership of the product and team
Leadership Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor freshers, convert them into productive developers
- Ensure daily progress tracking via GitHub / task systems
- Solve blockers and push the team to deliver on time
- Make technical decisions and implement them without hand-holding
Important Conditions:
- This is a startup environment - expect pressure, speed, and accountability
- Onsite role only - You must be ready to relocate to Dehradun
