Role Description
This is a contract, on-site position for a Surveying (Civil Trainer) role based in Bihar. The trainer will deliver technical training sessions, develop course outlines and training materials, and perform practical demonstrations in civil surveying. Responsibilities include ensuring student engagement, evaluating performance through assessments, and providing constructive feedback. The role requires collaboration with stakeholders to align training methods with industry best practices and standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in civil surveying techniques, tools, and software
- Experience in developing training materials and delivering effective presentations
- Ability to conduct theoretical and practical sessions, and demonstrate field applications of surveying concepts
- Strong communication, mentoring, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with the latest industry standards and technologies
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus
- Prior experience as a civil trainer or experience in civil engineering projects is highly desirable
- Flexible and enthusiastic approach to working with diverse learners
