Job Title: Mobile Automation Test Lead – Sr. Lead
Experience: 7 – 12 Years
Budget: Up to 24 LPA
Employment Type: Contract (1 Year Duration)
Job Location: Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Gurgaon (Hybrid)
Note: Candidates must be local and available for 1 Face-to-Face interview
Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Mobile Automation Test Lead to drive automation strategy, framework development, and QA delivery across mobile and web platforms. This role requires strong hands-on expertise in Python-based automation, leadership capabilities, and exposure to modern QA practices including AI-driven testing.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable mobile automation frameworks using Python
- Lead automation efforts for iOS, Android, and Web applications
- Work with Appium / Espresso for mobile automation
- Develop and execute API automation using RestAssured / Postman
- Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub, Jenkins)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environment
- Ensure high test coverage, quality metrics, and timely delivery
- Apply design patterns (Factory, Singleton, POM) in framework architecture
- Utilize BrowserStack or similar cloud platforms for testing
- Mentor team members and drive QA best practices
Mandatory Skills
- Strong experience in Mobile Automation Testing (7+ years)
- Hands-on experience with Appium / Espresso
- Experience in Web, iOS & Android automation
- Strong expertise in Python-based automation frameworks
- Experience in JavaScript / Python
- API Testing using RestAssured / Postman
- CI/CD integration using Jenkins / GitHub
- BDD tools like Cucumber
- Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, TestRail)
- Cloud testing platforms like BrowserStack
- Database testing (MySQL / SQL Server)
- Strong knowledge of Design Patterns (Factory, Singleton, POM)
- Agile methodology experience
- Knowledge of Agentic AI (Mandatory)

- Experience leading QA teams
- Exposure to AI-driven or intelligent automation frameworks
- Performance testing exposure
