Hiring: Social Media Growth & Marketing Specialist (Commission/Deal-Based)
Looking for someone who can make content go viral...
We’re looking for a results-driven Social Media Marketing expert to take full ownership of our online presence and growth.
This is a high-impact, performance-based role ideal for someone who knows how to create viral content and drive real user growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage and grow our presence on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook
- Plan, create, edit, and post engaging content
- Run and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads
- Experiment with strategies to increase views, engagement, and users
- Identify and collaborate with influencers / creators
- Handle outreach to influencers for partnerships & reviews
- Continuously improve content based on performance metrics
