Job Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Partnership
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategy with business goals.
- Provide data-driven HR insights to support leadership decisions.
- Drive organizational effectiveness and workforce planning.
- Support leaders in change management initiatives.
Performance Management
- Implement and manage performance management frameworks.
- Support managers in goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback culture.
- Identify performance gaps and coordinate development programs.
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Lead employee engagement initiatives and surveys.
- Address employee concerns and support positive employee relations.
- Promote company values, culture, and employee well-being programs.
- Drive initiatives to improve employee retention and satisfaction.
Employee Relations
- Act as a trusted advisor for managers and employees.
- Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
HR Analytics & Workforce Insights with strong AI
- Analyze HR metrics such as:
- Attrition
- Employee engagement
- Productivity
- Hiring effectiveness
- Provide insights and recommendations to leadership.
AI Tools Awareness
- Generative AI tools for HR content creation and knowledge management
- HR Chatbots for employee support
- AI-enabled HRIS platforms
- Workforce analytics dashboards
HR Policy & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to HR policies and statutory compliance.
- Support policy implementation and improvements.
- Maintain ethical and compliant HR practices.
Learning & Development
- Identify training needs aligned with business goals.
- Partner with L&D teams to drive capability-building programs.
- Promote continuous learning culture.
