Senior FLEXCUBE Technical & Functional Consultant (v14.x)

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced FLEXCUBE Technical & Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle FLEXCUBE (version 12.x to 14.x). The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of core banking modules, implementation experience, and hands-on exposure to Oracle Banking Payments. Candidates with a product background in FLEXCUBE and Islamic Banking experience will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
• Work on end-to-end implementation of Oracle FLEXCUBE core banking solutions.
• Gather, analyze, and validate business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Provide expertise across core banking modules including CASA, Loans, Trade Finance, Treasury, and Payments.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions.
• Review functional and technical design documents from both business and technical perspectives.
• Support migration activities across FLEXCUBE versions (12.x to 14.x).
• Coordinate with stakeholders and provide regular updates to leadership.
Required Skills & Experience
• Strong expertise in Oracle FLEXCUBE (versions 12.x to 14.x).
• Hands-on experience in modules such as CASA, Core Banking, Loans (CL/OBCL), OBPM, OBBRN, Loan Origination.
• Experience with Oracle Banking Payments and migration projects.
• Good understanding of SDLC and system analysis in banking domain.
• Experience in core banking implementation or functional consulting.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to liaise with stakeholders and manage cross-functional communication.
• Experience in Islamic Banking (mandatory).
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with OBTFPM, OBPM, and other FLEXCUBE product modules.
• Background working directly with FLEXCUBE product implementations.
• Exposure to Treasury modules including Forex, Money Markets, Securities, and Derivatives.
