We are looking for a highly creative, digitally native Senior Graphic Designer to lead visual communication, high-impact digital campaigns, and motion design workflows within a fast-moving public communication ecosystem.
This role requires a sharp professional who understands digital attention economics, executes with high speed, and creates powerful visual assets optimized completely for mobile screens and digital platforms.
🎯 Core Responsibilities:
- Digital Campaign Ownership: Design premium, thumb-stopping visuals for social media campaigns, high-level announcements, and leadership branding.
- Platform-Optimized Delivery: Create native, high-performance assets for Meta (Instagram/Facebook), YouTube, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and WhatsApp broadcast channels.
- Motion & Rich Media: Produce high-retention motion graphics, animated posts, micro-videos, and dynamic video templates for rapid content distribution.
- Digital Layout & Prototyping: Use modern design tools to map out cohesive visual campaign themes, digital carousels, and landing page visual assets.
- Agile Collaboration: Partner closely with social media managers, video editors, and communication teams for rapid-turnaround execution during live digital events.
- AI-Assisted Production: Integrate advanced AI creative workflows into your daily routine to maximize asset generation speed, ideation, and production output.
🔑 Required Software & Technical Skills:
- Static Design: Expert command of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator or Similar.
- Motion Graphics: Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro to bring static assets to life.
- Digital Workflows & Layouts: Hands-on experience with Figma for rapid layout prototyping, asset organization, and template scaling.
- Typography Excellence: Exceptional Gujarati & Hindi digital typography skills are an absolute MUST HAVE. You must know how to make regional text highly readable on mobile screens.
- Next-Gen AI Workflows: Advanced hands-on expertise with a variety of modern generative AI suites and features including:
- Prompting & Image Generation: Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Stable Diffusion, or similar platforms.
- In-App Generative Features: Photoshop Generative Fill, Content-Aware Expand, and Magic Eraser/Object Removal tools.
- Upscaling & Clean-up: Experience using AI tools to enhance and upscale low-res assets for crisp digital displays.
🧠 Required Traits & Experience:
- Operational Discipline: Strong file management, organized asset layering, and a strict adherence to deadline-driven workflows.
- Contextual Awareness: A sharp understanding of public communication sensitivity, information hierarchy, and digital audience perception.
