We are looking for an experienced Senior Executive – Sea Freight (MTO Operations) to independently manage our end-to-end ocean freight operations.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Freight Forwarding / NVOCC / Shipping Line / MTO.
- Hands-on experience in FCL, LCL, Import & Export Operations.
- Strong knowledge of Bill of Lading (BL), MTO documentation, Incoterms, DG Cargo, Customs procedures, and Shipping Documentation.
- Experience in rate procurement, carrier negotiations, pricing, and customer handling.
- Good relationships with shipping lines, co-loaders, overseas agents, and CHA.
- Ability to manage complete shipment operations independently from booking to final delivery.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Background:
Candidates currently working with Freight Forwarders, Shipping Lines, NVOCCs, or MTO companies will be preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle complete Sea Freight Operations.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, overseas agents, CHA, transporters, and customers.
- Manage booking, documentation, BL issuance, shipment tracking, and invoicing.
- Develop competitive freight rates and support business development.
- Ensure timely shipment execution and customer satisfaction.
