Position Overview
We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Key Account / Enterprise Sales Professionals to drive business growth by managing and expanding relationships with enterprise and large corporate clients.
The ideal candidate should possess strong B2B sales capabilities, relationship management skills, and the ability to engage with senior stakeholders while driving revenue growth within the fintech and digital payments ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Identify, develop, and manage relationships with enterprise and large corporate clients.
- Drive new business acquisition and revenue generation through strategic sales initiatives.
- Develop and execute territory/account growth plans aligned with business objectives.
- Generate qualified business opportunities and manage the complete sales lifecycle.
Client Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with CXO, CFO, Procurement, and decision-making stakeholders.
- Ensure continuous client engagement and account development.
- Understand client business requirements and propose suitable fintech and payment solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor for clients throughout the sales and onboarding process.
Solution Selling
- Promote digital payment and merchant solutions including:
- POS Solutions
- QR & UPI Solutions
- Payment Gateway Services
- Merchant Solutions
- Enterprise Payment Solutions
- Coordinate with internal solution and implementation teams for smooth client onboarding.
Market & Account Expansion
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling across existing accounts.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve assigned targets.
Internal Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with product, operations, onboarding, and support teams.
- Maintain accurate sales updates and account information in CRM systems.
- Prepare business reports, forecasts, and account plans as required.

- 2–8 years of experience in:
