Job Title: Sales Executive & Lead Generation Executive
Location: Sector-2, Noida (Near Priya Gold Building)
Job Type: Full-Time
Shift Timing:
• Monday – Friday: 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM
• Saturday: 6:30 AM – 12:30 PM
Job Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales Executives and Lead Generation Executives to join our Australian Process team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to engage with potential customers effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate and qualify leads through outbound calling.
• Identify potential customers and business opportunities.
• Maintain and update customer information in CRM systems.
• Build strong relationships with prospects and clients.
• Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.
• Follow up with potential customers and nurture leads.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities.
Required Skills:
• Good English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Australian Process experience will be an added advantage.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
Salary:
• Freshers: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
• Experienced Candidates: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month
