Role Description
The Realty Lens is seeking a full-time Sales Executive to join our team onsite in Mumbai. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, building strong relationships, and driving sales of our real estate visualization and AI-powered solutions.
Your key responsibilities will include lead generation, client meetings, presentations, sales pipeline management, proposal creation, follow-ups, contract negotiations, and successful deal closures. You will present services including 3D walkthroughs, elevation renders, CGI videos, virtual tours, AI-powered presentation tools, and digital marketing visualization solutions to real estate developers and industry professionals.
You will work closely with the marketing, creative, and production teams to ensure smooth project execution, client satisfaction, and revenue growth.
Qualifications
• Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in sales and deal closing
• Experience in real estate, architectural visualization, digital marketing, PropTech, or creative solution sales preferred
• Strong expertise in client acquisition, relationship management, and contract negotiation
• Strong knowledge or understanding of real estate marketing, visualization tools, 3D walkthroughs, CGI videos, or digital floor plans
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for client interactions and sales pitches
• Strong organizational skills and CRM software knowledge to manage and track sales pipelines
• Ability to understand client requirements and align solutions with business goals
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Tech-savvy mindset with the ability to adapt to innovative AI-powered technologies and futuristic sales solutions
• Existing network with real estate developers/builders will be an added advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
