- Design and deliver interactive, curriculum-aligned mathematics lessons for primary-level students (Grades 1–5).
- Develop and implement differentiated instruction strategies to meet diverse learning needs and abilities.
- Utilize a variety of teaching aids, technology, and hands-on activities to enhance conceptual understanding.
- Assess student progress through regular formative and summative evaluations, providing timely feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance, attendance, and classroom activities.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers, parents, and school administrators to support student development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed) or equivalent with a specialization in Mathematics.
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in primary education (preferred in a CBSE/ICSE/State Board school).
- Strong command of primary-level mathematics curriculum and pedagogical best practices.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and educational technology (e.g., smart boards, learning management systems).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans and adapt content for varied learning styles.
- Passion for nurturing young minds and promoting a growth mindset in mathematics.
- Willingness to participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and continuous professional development.
