Hiring PRT Gujarati teacher for a School in Surat location
Classes:1st to 5th
school timings:9:00AM to 2:50PM
Experience:2 to 5 years
salary range-20k to 25k.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver structured and interactive Gujarati language lessons aligned with the state curriculum and institutional standards.
- Develop and implement lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments tailored to diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Monitor student progress through regular evaluations, feedback sessions, and performance tracking.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation, critical thinking, and cultural pride.
- Incorporate technology and multimedia tools to enhance language learning and student engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed) or equivalent, with a specialization in Gujarati language or Hindi/Gujarati literature.
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in primary or secondary education, preferably in a school setting.
- Strong command of spoken and written Gujarati, including grammar, vocabulary, and literary expression.
- Proven ability to design effective lesson plans and deliver engaging classroom instruction.
- Proficiency in using digital learning tools and educational software (e.g., Google Classroom, MS Office).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and adapt to changing educational needs.
- Valid teaching certification or eligibility as per the Gujarat State Education Board (GSEB) or equivalent.
- Willingness to work in Surat and commit to the school’s academic calendar and schedule.
