We are Hiring – Project Executive (Urban Governance)
Organization: Shavyas Agronixx LLP
Location: Kashipur, Uttarakhand
Compensation: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month (depending on experience and capability)
Shavyas Agronixx LLP is working closely with Nagar Nigam Kashipur on urban governance and municipal development initiatives including:
• Swachh Bharat Mission
• Citizen awareness and behavioral change campaigns
• Waste management systems
• Air pollution mitigation initiatives
• Municipal project planning and documentation
We are looking for a smart, responsible, and driven individual who wants to work at the intersection of public policy, governance, and city development.
This role involves direct exposure to municipal systems, government coordination, and real-world urban development projects.
What You Will Do
• Coordinate with Nagar Nigam officials, ward councillors, and municipal staff
• Support implementation of Swachh Bharat Mission and Swachhata Sarvekshan initiatives
• Assist in organizing citizen awareness programs and municipal campaigns
• Monitor field activities and maintain project documentation
• Collect and manage project data and MIS records
• Prepare reports, presentations, and project notes
Who This Role Is For
This position is ideal for someone who:
• Is interested in public policy, governance, or urban development
• Can communicate confidently with officials and stakeholders
• Has strong writing and documentation skills
• Is comfortable with field visits and real-world problem solving
• Takes ownership and works with minimal supervision
Qualifications
• Graduate or Postgraduate (Public Policy, Management, Social Sciences, Environmental Studies preferred)
• 0–3 years experience in development sector / consulting / government projects preferred
- Prior experience working with ULBs, NGOs, CSOs, or government bodies is highly desirable
- Familiarity with sustainable development practices and policies is expected
• Strong communication skills in Hindi and English is MUST
